Cancellations made up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge; later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price.
Tourist tax is charged in addition and is shown separately
When booking via the contact form, email or telephone:
A 20% deposit of the total price is due upon booking (no later than five days after booking confirmation); the balance is to be paid no later than seven days before arrival

Once you have paid the statutory visitor’s tax per person per day (for guests aged 14 and over), we will issue you with the “Sauerland Card”. This card entitles you to significant discounts on many great attractions – such as boat trips or admission fees for leisure activities.
